Whole wheat pasta with spinach, tomato, feta cheese, extra virgin olive oil

Recipe :
Boil the pasta following the instructions on the packaging , choose best wholewheat pasta . Then we drain the pasta in a stainless steel colander . In the pot pour some extra virgin olive oil , small tomatoes or chopped tomatoes , sea salt , pepper and a pinch of sugar if the tomatoes are not sweet enough . Once the sauce is thickened, add in the baby spinach, which is suitable for salads , after we wash it thoroughly . We mix the baby spinach in the sauce for a few seconds only , because it is very tender and add the boiled pasta and stir. Withdraw the pan and serve with feta cheese .
