Whole grain spaghetti pasta with tzoumagias sausage

Recipe:
Whole grain spaghetti have usually only 5 min. boiling time and then you drain them without pouring water on them. You pour some extra virgin olive oil in the pot and mix the pasta in it.
You fry he sausages (tzoumagias, a greek sausage, or any other kind you want) in a pan with extra virgin olive oil and you add some of the remaining fat from the frying on your portion- see photo. Add some cheese on them, for example kefalotiri ( greek cheese).

Optionally:
Rosemary (1/2 pinch for each portion)
Lemon zest from un-waxed lemons (a little on my portion)
