Recipe :
ingredients :
250 grams all purpose flour , 8 grams of dry yeast, 1 pinch of salt, 1 pinch of sugar, 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil and add as much water as the dough is soft and fluffy and does not stick to our hands. Add 1 – 2 pinches of dried herbs for example oregano , thyme , rosemary or 1 tsp linseed or anything else you wish .
Let the dough rise in a bowl covered with a towel for at least one hour and form it into individual rolls -see photo- and let them rise on a bakink pan with parchment paper for another hour also covered . Then bake them in a preheated oven, at 200 degrees Celsius, the regular way( not air/fan) for 20 minutes , in the lower rack( time depending on the strength of our oven , to understand that the buns are ready, deep a knife in the middle and if the bans are ready it will come out dry)
