Ingredients:
250 grams. all purpose flour, 8 grams. dry yeast, 1 pinch of salt, 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil and as much water so that the dough is soft and fluffy and does not stick on our hands while kneading. Add 1 – 2 pinches of dried herbs (oregano, thyme, rosemary or 1 tsp linseed or anything else you wish).
Let the dough rise in a bowl covered with a towel for at least one hour, then we knead again and form individual rolls (see photo) and let them rise in a pan with parchment paper on it,for another hour also covered. Then bake them in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius not fan(air),but the regular way in the lower rack for 20 minutes (time depends on the strength of our oven, to understand that the buns are ready make a hole with a knife in the middle and if it comes out dry, it is ready.)
