Ψωμάκι ολικής 50% με σουσάμι και λιναρόσπορο

Recipe :
400 grams all purpose flour mixed with wholegrain without ”risings”
2 pinches of sea salt
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
dry yeast ( 8 grams )
1 pinch of sugar
Water ( at room temperature) enough so that the dough does not stick in our hands during kneading

Mix all ingredients together and knead , leave the dough to rise for 1 hour and bake it for 45-50 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius, the regular way(not fan/air) or in the bread-program, on the lower rack .
Before I put the bread in the oven , spread it with some extra virgin oil and water and slash it with a sharp knife from side to side. Sprinkle a little salt , linseed and sesame .
