Tagliatelles with thyme, extra virgin olive oil and goat cheese

A fast meal for occasions you don’t have much time to cook. Tagliatelles belong to the pasta which need a short time to boil, about 5 minutes. After boiling them i don’t wash the tagliatelles, I only drain them and put some extra virgin olive oil, goat cheese, a pinch of fresly grounded pepper and a pinch of thyme on each portion. Thyme is very beneficial for us. It is acting as a stimulator, helps healing bronchitis and is a general appetizer.
