Recipe: 2 large glasses of all purpose flour, dry yest 8 gram., 2-3 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, 3/4 glass of milk, 1 pinch of sugar, 1 pinch of salt. We leave the dough covered in room temperature for at least 1 hour and if it still sticks on our hands add some more flour and we knead again for the dough to absorb it. We ”open” the dough with our hands on an oiled(with olive oil) baking pan. We put some ketchup on our dough but not a large quantity for our dough not to get much humidity. On top we lay turkey slices, cheese, smocked cheese, feta cheese, chopped onion, slices of fresh tomato, salami or wurst, 2 pinches of oregano and we bake it in a preheated oven at 200 Grad Celsius for 20-30 min depending on our oven in the middle rack.
