Καλημέρα με μπαστουνάκια ολικής, ελιά και φέτα

Recipe:

In a bowl put 2 cups whole wheat flour and 8 grams dry yeast, 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 1 pinch of salt, feta cheese and chopped olives without the stone(seed). Add water until the dough becomes soft and fluffy without sticking on our hands while kneading. Let the dough rise, covered for at least 1 hour. Then, cut the dough into pieces of equal size and form them into sticks, which we have in mind that in the oven will rise even further , so let space between them and bake on a baking pan with parchment paper on it, in a preheated oven not in fan(air) on the middle rack at 200 degrees, for about 20 minutes (depending on the power of our oven) and bon appetite!
